I looked on Amazon and saw the price of the new book is $45.00, but is less if you pre-order. I was curious why the new book was far less in price than the original. To get more information, I read the write up on the new book, which said it presents the same material, but updated.

Did the book come? How was it? I may have ordered the book a while ago, but with the house re-organization from the remodeling, I do not know where it went.
